Krátko: Aplikácia eREVIR je mobilný obal okolo webovej služby www.erevir.sk. Sama o tebe nič nezbiera, nemá vlastný server, žiadnu analytiku a žiadne sledovanie. Údaje, ktoré do nej zadáš — prihlásenie, dochádzka do revíru, úlovky, fotky — putujú priamo do systému eREVIR, presne ako keby si stránku otvoril v prehliadači. Kamera aj poloha sa použijú len vtedy, keď si o ne stránka vypýta a ty ich povolíš. Reklama, ktorú v aplikácii uvidíš, je súčasťou tej istej stránky a s tvojou totožnosťou sa nespája.

Kto je prevádzkovateľ

Aplikáciu aj webovú službu prevádzkuje prevádzkovateľ systému eREVIR (www.erevir.sk). Osobné údaje, ktoré vznikajú tvojím používaním systému — účet, členstvo v poľovníckom združení, záznamy o vychádzkach a úlovkoch — spracúva prevádzkovateľ služby podľa GDPR; tieto zásady popisujú navyše to, čo robí samotná mobilná aplikácia v tvojom telefóne. Ako aplikácia funguje

Aplikácia zobrazuje stránku www.erevir.sk v komponente WebView, ktorý je súčasťou Androidu. Nemá vlastnú prihlasovaciu obrazovku, vlastnú databázu záznamov ani vlastné rozhranie — to, čo vidíš, je webová služba. Preto o obsahu, ktorý v systéme vytvoríš, platia zásady spracúvania údajov služby eREVIR, nie iné.

Povolenia, ktoré aplikácia žiada

Aplikácia nežiada prístup ku kontaktom, mikrofónu, SMS, hovorom ani k zoznamu nainštalovaných aplikácií.

Poloha

Kto ju dostane: stránka www.erevir.sk otvorená v aplikácii. Aplikácia polohu nikam inam neposiela, neukladá si ju do vlastného súboru a nevedie o nej žiadnu históriu.
Kedy: až keď o ňu stránka požiada (štandardné webové rozhranie geolokácie) a ty povolíš systémovú otázku Androidu. Bez toho aplikácia polohu nezistí.
Na pozadí nie: aplikácia nemá povolenie na polohu na pozadí ani žiadnu službu, ktorá by bežala po jej zatvorení. Keď appku zavrieš, poloha sa nezisťuje.
Ako to vypnúť: Nastavenia Androidu → Aplikácie → eREVIR → Povolenia → Poloha. Funkcie služby, ktoré polohu potrebujú, potom nebudú fungovať, zvyšok áno.

Fotoaparát a prílohy

Fotoaparát sa otvorí len vtedy, keď stránka vyžiada súbor a ty si v ponuke vyberieš fotoaparát. Aplikácia nefotí ani nenahráva sama od seba.
Odfotená snímka sa uloží do priečinka Pictures/erevir v telefóne a ohlási sa galérii, aby si ju tam našiel. Zostáva v telefóne, kým ju sám nezmažeš.
Do systému eREVIR sa odošle len tá fotka alebo ten súbor, ktorý pre konkrétny formulár vyberieš. Aplikácia neprechádza tvoju galériu ani neposiela nič, čo si sám nepriložil.

Sťahovanie súborov

Keď v systéme ťukneš na súbor na stiahnutie (mapa revíru, doklad, tlačivo), aplikácia ho odovzdá systémovému správcovi sťahovania Androidu. Súbor sa uloží do verejného priečinka Stiahnuté a po dokončení ti aplikácia ponúkne otvoriť ho v aplikácii, ktorá taký typ súboru vie zobraziť. Súbor prichádza zo služby eREVIR; aplikácia jeho obsah nečíta ani nikam nekopíruje.

Čo zostáva v telefóne

Reklama

V systéme eREVIR sa zobrazuje reklama. Je dôležité, odkiaľ prichádza: je súčasťou webovej stránky, nie mobilnej aplikácie. Aplikácia neobsahuje žiadnu reklamnú knižnicu (SDK) a nepoužíva reklamný identifikátor Androidu — reklamu vidíš rovnakú, akú by si videl pri otvorení stránky v prehliadači.

Teba osobne pri tom neidentifikujeme. Reklama sa nezostavuje podľa toho, kto si. Inzerentovi sa neodovzdáva tvoje meno, e-mail, telefónne číslo, poloha, ani nič z toho, čo máš v systéme zapísané — vychádzky, úlovky, fotky, členstvo v združení. Reklama sa nespája s tvojím účtom.
Čo o tebe napriek tomu vie server reklamy: ako pri každom obsahu načítanom z internetu aj tu platí, že server, z ktorého sa reklama načíta, vidí IP adresu tvojho pripojenia a bežné technické údaje prehliadača, napríklad typ zariadenia a jazyk. Bez toho by nemal kam odpoveď doručiť. Sú to údaje, ktoré o sebe prezradí každý prehliadač na svete, nie údaje z tvojho účtu.
Cookies: ak reklamný systém použije cookies, uložia sa v rámci WebView tejto aplikácie. Zmažú sa spolu s ostatnými dátami aplikácie — postup je nižšie v časti o mazaní údajov.

Čo aplikácia nerobí

Nemá vlastný server ani vlastný účet — prihlasuješ sa priamo do služby eREVIR.
Neobsahuje analytiku, meranie správania ani nástroje na sledovanie používateľa.
Neobsahuje žiadnu reklamnú knižnicu (SDK) a nepoužíva reklamný identifikátor Androidu.
Neposiela žiadne údaje tretím stranám a nič nepredáva.
Nečíta tvoje správy, kontakty ani iné aplikácie a nemá prístup k mikrofónu.
Nezisťuje polohu na pozadí a nevedie záznam o tvojich pohyboch.
Neposiela push notifikácie — táto funkcia je v aplikácii vypnutá.

Odkazy, ktoré vedú von z aplikácie

Odkaz mimo domény www.erevir.sk aplikácia neotvára v sebe, ale ho odovzdá tvojmu prehliadaču. Rovnako odovzdá systému odkazy typu mailto: alebo tel: a odkaz na hodnotenie otvorí v obchode Google Play. V každom takom prípade ide o tvoj vedomý ťuk a ďalej už platia zásady tej druhej aplikácie alebo služby, nie tieto.

Deti

eREVIR je nástroj na správu poľovného revíru a nie je určený deťom mladším ako 13 rokov. Aplikácia od nich zámerne nezbiera žiadne údaje.

Zmazanie údajov

V telefóne: odinštalovaním aplikácie sa zmažú cookies, prihlásenie aj vyrovnávacia pamäť stránky. To isté dosiahneš cez Nastavenia Androidu → Aplikácie → eREVIR → Úložisko → Vymazať údaje. Odfotené snímky v priečinku Pictures/erevir a stiahnuté súbory zostávajú v telefóne, kým ich sám nezmažeš.
V službe: o zrušenie účtu a zmazanie údajov vedených v systéme eREVIR môžeš požiadať na kontaktnej adrese nižšie. Odinštalovanie aplikácie samo o sebe účet nezruší.

Tvoje práva podľa GDPR

Ako dotknutá osoba máš právo na prístup k svojim údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť a právo namietať proti spracúvaniu. Uplatniť si ich môžeš na kontaktnej adrese nižšie. Ak nie si spokojný s vybavením, môžeš podať sťažnosť Úradu na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Zmeny týchto zásad

Ak sa zásady zmenia, aktualizovaná verzia sa objaví na tejto adrese so zmeneným dátumom platnosti hore.

English version

In short: The eREVIR app is a mobile shell around the web service www.erevir.sk. It collects nothing about you on its own — no server of its own, no analytics, no tracking. What you enter — your sign-in, visits to the hunting grounds, harvest records, photos — goes straight to the eREVIR system, exactly as it would if you opened the site in a browser. The camera and your location are used only when the page asks for them and you allow it. Any advertising you see in the app is part of that same page and is never tied to your identity.

Who operates the app

Both the app and the web service are operated by the operator of the eREVIR system (www.erevir.sk). Personal data created by your use of the system — your account, membership in a hunting association, records of visits and harvests — is processed by the service operator under the GDPR; this policy describes in addition what the mobile app itself does on your phone. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

How the app works

The app displays www.erevir.sk in a WebView, a component of Android. It has no sign-in screen of its own, no record database of its own and no interface of its own — what you see is the web service. The content you create in the system is therefore governed by the eREVIR service's data processing terms.

Permissions the app requests

The app requests no access to contacts, the microphone, SMS, calls, or the list of installed apps.

Location

Who receives it: the www.erevir.sk page open in the app. The app sends your position nowhere else, keeps no file of its own about it and stores no history.
When: only once the page asks for it (the standard web geolocation interface) and you allow Android's system prompt. Without that the app never obtains your position.
Never in the background: the app holds no background-location permission and runs no service after you close it. Once the app is closed, no position is obtained.
How to turn it off: Android Settings → Apps → eREVIR → Permissions → Location. Service features that need a position will then stop working; everything else keeps working.

Camera and attachments

The camera opens only when the page asks for a file and you pick the camera from the chooser. The app never takes photos or records on its own.
A photo you take is saved to the Pictures/erevir folder on the phone and announced to the gallery so you can find it there. It stays on the phone until you delete it.
Only the photo or file you select for a given form is uploaded to the eREVIR system. The app does not browse your gallery and sends nothing you did not attach yourself.

Downloading files

When you tap a file to download in the system (a map of the grounds, a document, a form), the app hands it to Android's own download manager. The file is saved to the public Downloads folder, and once finished the app offers to open it in an app that can display that file type. The file comes from the eREVIR service; the app neither reads its contents nor copies it anywhere.

Advertising

The eREVIR system displays advertising. Where it comes from matters: it is part of the web page, not of the mobile app. The app contains no advertising library (SDK) and does not use the Android advertising identifier — you see the same ads you would see by opening the site in a browser.

You are not identified to advertisers. Ads are not selected on the basis of who you are. No advertiser receives your name, email address, phone number or location, nor anything recorded in the system — your visits, harvests, photos or association membership. Advertising is never tied to your account.
What the ad server does see: as with any content loaded from the internet, the server the ad comes from sees your connection's IP address and ordinary technical details of the browser, such as device type and language. Without those the response would have nowhere to go. This is what every browser in the world reveals about itself — not data from your account.
Cookies: if the advertising system sets cookies, they are stored inside this app's WebView. They are cleared along with the app's other data — see the section on deleting your data below.

What the app does not do

No server or account of its own — you sign in directly to the eREVIR service.
No analytics, behavioural measurement or user-tracking tools.
No advertising library (SDK) of its own and no use of the Android advertising identifier.
No data sent to third parties and nothing sold.
No reading of your messages, contacts or other apps, and no microphone access.
No background location and no record of your movements.
No push notifications — that feature is disabled in the app.

Links that lead out of the app

A link outside the www.erevir.sk domain is not opened inside the app; it is handed to your browser. The same goes for mailto: and tel: links, which go to the system, and the rating link, which opens the Google Play store. Each of those takes a deliberate tap from you, and from there the other app's or service's policy applies, not this one.

Children

eREVIR is a tool for managing hunting grounds and is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Deleting your data

On the phone: uninstalling the app deletes the cookies, your sign-in and the page cache. The same is achieved through Android Settings → Apps → eREVIR → Storage → Clear data. Photos in Pictures/erevir and downloaded files stay on the phone until you delete them yourself.
In the service: to close your account and delete the data held in the eREVIR system, write to the contact address below. Uninstalling the app does not by itself close your account.

Your rights under the GDPR

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights at the contact address below. If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear at this address with a new effective date at the top.
